This radio show, party and soon to be record label started in DC a few years back to bring positive boundary pushing dance floor music to the people mainly created from 1980-1985 but there are plenty of fresh new artists & parties putting their take on one of the funkiest experimental and dance floor friendly musics to ever be created . Expect to hear lots of synth funk, boogie, AOR, modern soul and modern funk which is being repped hard by the Funk Freaks party and label in Cali, the Sweater Funk party in SF, Tuxedo (Mayer Hawthorne & Jake One) on Stones Throw records, Dam-Funk who has worked with Snoop Dogg, the MoFunk label in LA & even Bruno Mars who is bringing the boogie to a new generation of heads.
